Data processed: page views, events, cookie/device IDs, masked IPs, browser and device info, approximate location (city/region), demographics, interests, and cross-device associations.
Purpose: remarketing, conversion tracking, demographic reporting, and ad frequency limitation.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).
Transfer mechanism: EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Retention: event data ≤ 14 months; Google Signals ≤ 26 months.
Opt-out: Google Ads Settings, browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or device ad settings.
2.5.5. User IDWe use a pseudonymous random User ID to link multiple sessions to one user.
Data: internal ID, session/event data (no direct identifiers).
Purpose: cross-device analytics.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR); objection possible anytime.
2.5.6. User-Provided Data / Enhanced ConversionsFor certain forms (e.g., course registration), your email and optionally phone number are hashed locally via SHA-256 before encrypted transmission to Google.
Purpose: improved conversion measurement and audience expansion (Customer Match).
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR); additionally Art. 6 (1)(b) for contractual fulfillment.
Transfer mechanism: EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention: hash values deleted after ≤ 48 h; Google deletes raw data within 30 days.
Consent may be withdrawn anytime through cookie settings.
2.6. Retention PeriodWe store your data only until the stated purposes are fulfilled and legal retention periods expire.
